Since September 10, 2002, Moto-Pfohe EOOD, the official representative of Ford, Volvo, Jaguar, and Land Rover for Bulgaria, has been certified for a successfully developed and implemented "Quality Management System" in accordance with the following standards: "ISO 9001 EN ISO 9001 BDS ISO 9001".
Since March 4, 2013, the company has also been certified under the ISO 14001 standard.
The Quality and Environmental Management System is applicable to the Sales of vehicles, spare parts, service, provision of leasing services, and performance of annual technical inspections (PTI). The certification was conducted by representatives of Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance in the country. Moto-Pfohe's competitiveness, development, and prosperity depend entirely on maintaining existing and gaining new positions in the Bulgarian automotive market. This can only be achieved through continuous improvement, professionalism, and offering high-quality services that meet modern dynamic market demands. The Quality and Environmental Management System implemented at Moto-Pfohe based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an indisputable guarantee of this.
ISO – the "International Organization for Standardization" is a global federation of national standards bodies. The correct translation of the ISO 9001 standard is "Quality Management System," and for ISO 14001 it is "Environmental Management System." This signifies management that guarantees customers consistent quality for a specific product/service price, regardless of quantity or lead time, as the company must possess verified machinery and equipment, trained personnel, calibrated measuring instruments, and appropriate execution technology. The Environmental Management System means prevention of pollution and optimal use of natural resources during operations.
