Engineers conducted over 13,960 additional tests beyond the standard Defender testing regime, covering high-dynamic handling and durability at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in Germany, wet asphalt in Ladoux, France, ice in Sweden, grueling rally raid stages in Lastours, France, sand deserts in Dubai, and rock crawling in the Moab desert in Utah, USA. Defender OCTA also conquered every extreme track at JLR's legendary Eastnor testing facility in the UK.
