Roadside assistance

A "Silver Card" subscription provides the cardholder, for a period of 12 or 24 months (depending on the coverage) starting from the date of issuance, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as follows:

A “Silver Card” subscription provides the cardholder, for a period of 12 or 24 months (depending on the coverage) starting from the date of issuance, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as follows:

a. free roadside repair for up to 30 minutes, with the cost of any spare parts borne by the customer;

b. towing of the broken-down vehicle to the nearest authorized Moto-Pfohe service center;

c. free information services provided to Moto-Pfohe customers regarding national road conditions, closed sections, traffic jams, etc.;

d. a 20% (twenty percent) discount on periodic technical inspections at licensed UAB service centers.

The right to use free roadside assistance under the “Silver Card” subscription applies to drivers (cardholders) of all vehicles that have experienced the following incidents:

a. technical failure of the vehicle of any nature;

b. loss of vehicle keys or locking them inside the vehicle.

The right to use the free roadside assistance service under the “Silver Card” subscription is verified after a call from the driver (cardholder) to the UAB Central Dispatch Center /tel.: 02/ 91146; from mobile 146/ and 02/9803308, whereby the driver is required to provide the roadside assistance subscription card number, the make and model of the vehicle, the registration number, and their exact location.

In the event of a breakdown, the driver of the disabled vehicle is required to wait for the arrival of a specialized UAB-NSPP roadside assistance vehicle in close proximity to the vehicle. THE PROVIDER undertakes that within 5 (five) minutes of receiving the order, its vehicle will be en route to the breakdown site.

THE PROVIDER undertakes to transport the defective vehicle to the nearest authorized Moto-Pfohe service center.

In cases where the vehicle is located in a deep ditch, ravine, dam, lake, river, mud, swamp, fallow land, sand, or similar, as a result of overturning, sliding, or for any other reason, and its recovery requires the use of specialized transport equipment (crane, tractor, and/or others), THE PROVIDER's obligations are limited to assisting the driver in calling the specialized transport equipment for the vehicle's recovery. Additional services are paid for by the driver of the vehicle, according to the price list of the specialized service provider.

When roads are impassable due to very poor road and/or weather conditions (snow, icing, landslides of earth and/or rock mass, floods, and similar, defined as force majeure circumstances), THE PROVIDER is NOT obliged to fulfill the obligations arising from this contract.

The above-mentioned services are provided by THE PROVIDER for the vehicle (cardholder) throughout the country, every day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, as well as all official national holidays.

In the event of damage of any nature resulting from a road traffic accident (RTA), THE PROVIDER is released from the obligation to transport the vehicle free of charge but is obliged to offer the service for a fee paid by the driver at prices defined in the UAB-NSPP roadside assistance price list. In such a case, THE PROVIDER issues an invoice for the service performed to the driver of the vehicle.

THE PROVIDER is not obliged to provide free roadside assistance under the “Silver Card” subscription for subscriber vehicles in the following cases:

- fitting and removing tire chains;

- faults in the ventilation and/or air conditioning system;

- faults in the gas installation, if such is installed;

- damage caused by the driver loading or unloading objects, as well as damage caused by unsecured cargo;

- in case of damage resulting from the vehicle's involvement in a road traffic accident;

- lack of fuel.
